The Cell Engineering Research Center of Air Force Medical University, also known as the Xi'an Cell Engineering Base of the National 863 Program, is a professional cell engineering pilotscale base integrating scientific research, teaching, and industrialization. The center is led academically by Academician Chen Zhinan of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and has received numerous honors, including the Gold Medal at the Invention Exhibition, the First Prize for Military Science and Technology Progress, the Outstanding Contribution Award of the National 863 Program, and the Outstanding Achievement Award of the National Key Research Program.

Professor Jiang Jianli serves as Deputy Director of the Cell Engineering Research Center at Air Force Medical University. He has long been dedicated to fundamental and applied research in tumor cell biology, with a particular focus on exploring the molecular regulatory mechanisms underlying the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma, achieving multiple forwardlooking and innovative scientific accomplishments. Professor Jiang has led numerous research projects, including those under the National "863" Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the National Science and Technology Major Projects, and has been granted three national invention patents. He has published numerous highimpact academic papers, 32 of which are indexed in SCI. Additionally, Professor Jiang serves as Associate Editor of the book Engineering Cell Biology and has contributed to several other academic works, including Cell Engineering, Fundamentals and Clinical Practice of Tumor Markerology, and Frontiers in Cancer Research.

During the symposium, Professor Wang Jianxun stated that our company has successfully prepared CART cell products targeting multiple targets using selfproduced industrialgrade retroviral vectors, and has applied them in clinical settings at multiple public medical institutions across China. In terms of strategic deployment, Shenzhen Cell Valley has established cell preparation centers in Yunnan and Henan, and plans to continue its expansion. The purpose of this visit was to strengthen cooperation between the two parties in the field of cell therapy, with the expectation of jointly establishing a cell therapy center platform.

Professor Jiang Jianli noted that this onsite visit represents an excellent opportunity for both sides to deepen exchanges and jointly advance research cooperation. He emphasized that cell therapy, as a frontier field of medicine, must rely on close interdisciplinary and interinstitutional collaboration. He looks forward to joining forces with the Cell Valley team to conduct indepth research on liver cancer using cell therapy technologies and to jointly advance the innovation and application of cell therapy technologies.

This exchange marks a further deepening of the collaboration between Shenzhen Cell Valley and the Cell Engineering Research Center of Air Force Medical University. Both sides expressed the hope to accelerate the clinical translation of cell therapy technologies, bringing hope and benefit to numerous cancer patients.
