On October 17, Wen Jianxin, Vice Chairman of the Pingshan District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), led a research delegation comprising Hu Xiaobing, Director of the Economic Committee of the Pingshan District CPPCC; Gu Peng, Standing Committee Member; and CPPCC members Shen Xing, Li Huihua, Meng Xian, along with Tang Yonghe, Deputy Director of the CPPCC Affairs Center, on an in-depth inspection of Shenzhen Cell Valley. Professor Shi Yuanyuan, Chairman of Shenzhen Cell Valley; Dr. Fu Yuchen, Assistant to the Chairman; and Wang Lu, Director of the General Administration Office, extended a warm welcome and held a symposium.

Led by Chairman Shi Yuanyuan, the research delegation toured the smart exhibition hall, gaining an initial understanding of the company's strategic development layout, corporate history, the development history and current status of cell therapy, service platform construction, and corporate vision. They also developed a deeper appreciation of Shenzhen Cell Valley's comprehensive, one-stop service process spanning from fundamental scientific research to clinical translation.

During the symposium, our team engaged in discussions with the research delegation on the current status of IIT applications and the specifics of CRO/CDMO services in the cell and gene therapy field. Chairman Shi Yuanyuan noted that our company has transitioned from a CRO/CDMO one-stop outsourcing service provider to a dedicated one-stop solution provider for cell and gene therapy, driven by a profound recognition that the demand for productive services in the CGT sector extends beyond CRO and CDMO services to encompass quality control and assurance, supply chain management, and regulatory and clinical trial consulting—each of which is critical. These services work synergistically to form a complete system guiding products from the laboratory to the market. By ensuring product quality and compliance while significantly alleviating the production burden in clinical settings, the company effectively reduces R&D and labor costs for enterprises, truly making new cell therapy technologies accessible to the public and fostering the robust development of the entire industry.

Vice Chairman Wen highly praised Shenzhen Cell Valley's strategic layout and corporate vision, emphasizing that the core purpose of this research was to conduct an in-depth analysis of the latest trends and dynamics in the CGT sector within Pingshan District. The goal is to precisely grasp industry developments, providing solid theoretical and practical support for optimizing the dualtrack management strategy for cell therapy products in the district, thereby creating a more favorable policy environment for relevant enterprises and promoting the stable development of the CGT industry in Pingshan.

At the conclusion of the symposium, both sides expressed the hope that, through close collaboration between the government and enterprises, they could jointly promote the vigorous growth of the industry, accelerate the pace of technological innovation, and facilitate the faster and more efficient market entry of cell therapy drugs, contributing to the sustained development of the sector.
