From August 29 to 30, the 2024 Nanozyme Summit Forum was held at the Central Plains Medical Science City in Zhengzhou, China. The forum was organized by the Central Plain Nanozyme Laboratory, with Professor Yan Xiyun, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, serving as the forum chairperson. Dr. Zhao Lijun, Director of our R&D Department, was honored to be invited to attend and presented a report on collaborative projects and their research progress at the forum.

Director Zhao Lijun delivered a presentation centered on the clinical research of CART cell therapy for acute myeloid leukemia. She provided a detailed introduction to the latest research findings of the Shenzhen Cell Valley R&D team in this project, demonstrating its significant advantages in enhancing efficacy and reducing side effects through various forms of evidence.

Academician Yan Xiyun and other attending experts expressed affirmation and appreciation for Director Zhao Lijun's keynote report, and unanimously agreed that the progress of R&D projects between the Central Plain Nanozyme Laboratory and Shenzhen Cell Valley should be accelerated. The two parties stated that they would jointly establish a joint venture company in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, to advance the implementation of cell therapy projects, and are committed to initiating clinical trials at the Lu Daopei Hospital in the first half of 2025. They firmly believe that this collaboration will inject new vitality into the development of the biotechnology industry in the Central Plains region and beyond. They also look forward to cell therapy technologies bringing benefits to more patients and making greater contributions to the cause of human health in the near future.
